If you’re going to create your own information products, you first need to overcome any writing hurdles you might have.

On the other hand, if you choose to write about a subject on which you have little knowledge, chances are you will have a passion for the subject instead. This can help you to generate some new ideas and take a fresh perspective on the subject that might be difficult to achieve for other, more experienced writers.
Your information product will most likely appeal to others that are new to the subject and require detailed explanations. Online customers are not necessarily looking for the number one authority on a subject, they are looking for real people that have some valuable insights, experiences and information to share with them in a clear, concise manner that they can easily understand.
2. I don’t have the time necessary to create info products!
The idea that an information product has to be a novel, or an e-book for that matter, is far from the truth. If you choose to produce a written information product, it can take the form of a series of short reports, articles, or even blog posts. Producing regular small chunks of writing is much easier than writing an entire e-book.
If you feel writing is not for you, another option you might consider is trying your hand at creating and selling audio information products. Many people prefer this format for their info products for a variety of reasons.
Once transcribed, audio products can quickly turn into reports or a series of articles. They can also lead to further written products in the future.
